Terms and Conditions
By accessing, browsing and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the "website") and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.

1. THE CONTRACT
All persons wishing to make a booking have carefully read and understand the Terms and Conditions that follow. By making a booking with our Company, you accept on behalf of yourself and all those named on the booking including minors and person under a disability to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when our Company sends a confirmation email. It is at this point that a contract between our Company and the Client comes into existence. Before your booking is confirmed and a contract comes into force, the Company reserves the right to increase or decrease the prices. These Terms and Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between our Company and the Client relating to the subject matter herein, and shall constitute a binding agreement. There is no verbal or written; representation, warranty, prior agreement, or description of services, other than as expressed herein. The service to be provided is/are the tour(s) referred to in the booking confirmation.

2. PAYMENT /ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING/CREDIT CARD
The Company must confirm acceptance of the Client’s booking in writing. Please refer to the confirmation email for details regarding final payment. Payment of the balance of the tour price is due on the end of each service that the client has booked. The clients credit card details are necessary to hold the booking, the credit card needs to be a valid one owned by a valid person. There will no charges at all on the clients credit card as our company needs only to confirm the booking. In case of expatriation of the card before the date of the service the client needs to contact our company with a new valid card.

3. CANCELLATION OF A TOUR BY THE CLIENT
Any cancellation by a Client must be made in writing and be acknowledged by the Company in writing. The date on which the request to cancel is received by the Company or its Agents will determine the cancellation fees applicable.
Cancellation for Tours and Services: The cancellation fees are expressed hereafter as a percentage of the total tour price.
i) Cancellation 7 days or more before the services: 0% of cost of services booked. In case of prepayment Full refund of services to the client.
ii) Cancellation less than 7 days before the services 100% of cost of services booked will be charged by the company.

4. COMPLAINTS
If a Client has a complaint against the Company, the Client must first inform the company at the earliest opportunity to allow the grievance to be rectified before any public display of the matter.

5. PRIVACY POLICY
The Company will provide personal information, as well as any personal information provided in relation topersons whose travel arrangements have been requested by the Client. The Company will do all reasonably possible in endeavoring to protect personal information.
DRIVER-GUIDE / TOUR ESCORT / TOUR GUIDE
Although we are proud that our drivers have been given the title “guide drivers” for their wealth of information, we do not permit them to accompany you during your duration in the historical sites, with the exception of an emergency. It is our pleasure to provide private tour guides for the individual or all historical sites at your request.
A day in Florence
This day excursion is designed for those who wish to focus on the best sites in Florence and enjoy a day without having to rush.

You will be greeted at the Port of La Spezia*. by our driver, and make your way to the most famous city in Tuscany, Florence! Here you can explore the Church of Santa Croce, the Duomo and Baptistery, the Ponte Vecchio, the Pitti Palace, and the Ufiizi Gallery, rich in unique artworks and masterpieces from the Reinessance period, prior to lunch. Moving on, you will stop at the Accademia, which houses Michelangelo's famous sculpture of David, among many other masterpieces which belonged to the powerful Medici family. After the Accademia, it will be time to head back to the port to board your ship.

We can also offer you a private licensed guide for the day to meet you in Florence for a walking that lasts min 4 hours. For rates, please contact us.

Please book your tickets for the Uffizi and the Accademia yourself. The best option is to call them and book the tickets directly over the phone: 011 39 055 294883. You can book both museums on the same phone call. Please book the Uffizzi at 10:30am and the Accademia at 1:30pm in order to fit into the rest of the schedule for the day.

Please note that the Accademia and the Uffizi museum are closed on Mondays!

All rates are payable in cash (Euros only) at the end of the tour. Traveler's checks are also accepted with an additional commission fee of 10%. We do not accept credit cards. Services include pickup from and drop-off back at your cruise ship in one of our luxury vehicles by an English-speaking driver.
Lunch, gratuities, and any entrance fee to attractions is not included. Also please note that we may change the order of the itinerary at our discretion.

*Note: Because of security and lack of space in the port of La Spezia, all vehicles are forbidden from entering the port. You would need to take a shuttle to exit the port and your driver will meet you where the shuttle stops.
