Terms and Conditions
By accessing, browsing and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the "website") and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.

1. THE CONTRACT
All persons wishing to make a booking have carefully read and understand the Terms and Conditions that follow. By making a booking with our Company, you accept on behalf of yourself and all those named on the booking including minors and person under a disability to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when our Company sends a confirmation email. It is at this point that a contract between our Company and the Client comes into existence. Before your booking is confirmed and a contract comes into force, the Company reserves the right to increase or decrease the prices. These Terms and Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between our Company and the Client relating to the subject matter herein, and shall constitute a binding agreement. There is no verbal or written; representation, warranty, prior agreement, or description of services, other than as expressed herein. The service to be provided is/are the tour(s) referred to in the booking confirmation.

2. PAYMENT /ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING/CREDIT CARD
The Company must confirm acceptance of the Client’s booking in writing. Please refer to the confirmation email for details regarding final payment. Payment of the balance of the tour price is due on the end of each service that the client has booked. The clients credit card details are necessary to hold the booking, the credit card needs to be a valid one owned by a valid person. There will no charges at all on the clients credit card as our company needs only to confirm the booking. In case of expatriation of the card before the date of the service the client needs to contact our company with a new valid card.

3. CANCELLATION OF A TOUR BY THE CLIENT
Any cancellation by a Client must be made in writing and be acknowledged by the Company in writing. The date on which the request to cancel is received by the Company or its Agents will determine the cancellation fees applicable.
Cancellation for Tours and Services: The cancellation fees are expressed hereafter as a percentage of the total tour price.
i) Cancellation 7 days or more before the services: 0% of cost of services booked. In case of prepayment Full refund of services to the client.
ii) Cancellation less than 7 days before the services 100% of cost of services booked will be charged by the company.

4. COMPLAINTS
If a Client has a complaint against the Company, the Client must first inform the company at the earliest opportunity to allow the grievance to be rectified before any public display of the matter.

5. PRIVACY POLICY
The Company will provide personal information, as well as any personal information provided in relation topersons whose travel arrangements have been requested by the Client. The Company will do all reasonably possible in endeavoring to protect personal information.
DRIVER-GUIDE / TOUR ESCORT / TOUR GUIDE
Although we are proud that our drivers have been given the title “guide drivers” for their wealth of information, we do not permit them to accompany you during your duration in the historical sites, with the exception of an emergency. It is our pleasure to provide private tour guides for the individual or all historical sites at your request.
Lucca and Florence

This day excursion is designed for those who wish to enjoy the highlights of LUCCA and FLORENCE.

After you are greeted at the Port of La Spezia, you will make your way to the walled in city of Lucca. Here you will spend a portion of your morning sightseeing the town and Duomo di San Martino.
You will then continue on along the scenic route in the Tuscan countryside, before arriving at the Renaissance city of Florence.
Here is to explore the Church of Santa Croce, the Duomo and Baptistery, the Ponte Vecchio, the Pitti Palace, and the Piazza of Michelangelo prior to lunch. Moving on, you will stop at the Accademia*, which houses Michelangelo's famous sculpture of David. You can also instead of the Accademia conclude the day with the Uffizi Gallery*, after which you will be returned to the Port of La Spezia.

* Please Book the tickets starting from 2 pm, note that the Accademia would take 40 min to visit and Uffizi about 1,5 hours.
** For the clients that form a group, please make sure everyone has the same time for each museum.
*** Because of lack of time you can only visit one of the museums.

Please note that the Accademia and the Uffizi museum are closed on Mondays!

All rates are payable in cash (Euros only) at the end of the tour. Traveler's checks are also accepted with an additional commission fee of 10%. We do not accept credit cards.
Services include pickup from and drop-off back at your cruise ship in one of our luxury vehicles by an English-speaking driver.
Lunch, gratuities, and any entrance fees to attractions are not included. Also please note that we may change the order of the itinerary at our discretion.
Note: Because of security and lack of space in the port of La Spezia, all vehicles are forbidden from entering the port. You would need to take a shuttle to exit the port and your will meet you right where the shuttle stops.
