By accessing, browsing and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the "website") and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.
1. THE CONTRACT
All persons wishing to make a booking have carefully read and understand the Terms and Conditions that follow. By making a booking with our Company, you accept on behalf of yourself and all those named on the booking including minors and person under a disability to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when our Company sends a confirmation email. It is at this point that a contract between our Company and the Client comes into existence. Before your booking is confirmed and a contract comes into force, the Company reserves the right to increase or decrease the prices. These Terms and Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between our Company and the Client relating to the subject matter herein, and shall constitute a binding agreement. There is no verbal or written; representation, warranty, prior agreement, or description of services, other than as expressed herein. The service to be provided is/are the tour(s) referred to in the booking confirmation.
2. PAYMENT /ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING/CREDIT CARD
The Company must confirm acceptance of the Client’s booking in writing. Please refer to the confirmation email for details regarding final payment. Payment of the balance of the tour price is due on the end of each service that the client has booked. The clients credit card details are necessary to hold the booking, the credit card needs to be a valid one owned by a valid person. There will no charges at all on the clients credit card as our company needs only to confirm the booking. In case of expatriation of the card before the date of the service the client needs to contact our company with a new valid card.
3. CANCELLATION OF A TOUR BY THE CLIENT
Any cancellation by a Client must be made in writing and be acknowledged by the Company in writing. The date on which the request to cancel is received by the Company or its Agents will determine the cancellation fees applicable.
Cancellation for Tours and Services: The cancellation fees are expressed hereafter as a percentage of the total tour price.
i) Cancellation 7 days or more before the services: 0% of cost of services booked. In case of prepayment Full refund of services to the client.
ii) Cancellation less than 7 days before the services 100% of cost of services booked will be charged by the company.
If a Client has a complaint against the Company, the Client must first inform the company at the earliest opportunity to allow the grievance to be rectified before any public display of the matter.
The Company will provide personal information, as well as any personal information provided in relation topersons whose travel arrangements have been requested by the Client. The Company will do all reasonably possible in endeavoring to protect personal information.
DRIVER-GUIDE / TOUR ESCORT / TOUR GUIDE
Although we are proud that our drivers have been given the title “guide drivers” for their wealth of information, we do not permit them to accompany you during your duration in the historical sites, with the exception of an emergency. It is our pleasure to provide private tour guides for the individual or all historical sites at your request.
Please note that by our recommendation some of the itineraries and excursions are more suitable for families and children as indicated on above tours.
Note: Depending on our availability we cannot always guarantee the max size of your group and van, we advise and recommend for you to book a 6 seat van.

tours and the itineraries cannot be changed and tours will follow the itineraries showed on our website. We recommend to our guests to always be on time and to follow our driver's suggestions regarding timing, so you'll have a wonderful tour and we'll be 100% sure that we'll have no complaints or delays.
Once you join or create a new group, your name, phone number and email address will be shared among the other guests joining your tour.
Once you have created a group and inserted your credit card details, your tour will be booked and confirmed with us, even if you do not reach the maximum number of passengers, the rate will stay the same as your booking for the day excursion and the car. You do have up to 2 weeks before the date to change your reservation and the size of the car. If you are creating a new group, note that we cannot always guarantee the maximum size of your chosen group due to availability for the day. We advise you to book a 6 seat minivan to be more comfortable OR a minibus up to 15 passengers which includes a guide for the day.
For group tours your credit card details are just for us to hold the reservation, Payments will be at the end of your service according to the quoted rates only in Cash Euros. WE ACCEPT CASH PAYMENT ONLY IN EUROS.
Please, note that there will be no charge if you cancel your reservation by e-mail within at least 2 weeks before the date of requested service. If it is not done in these terms, our company reserves the right to debit the "No-Show" fee on your credit card which is the total amount of requested services. Once you fill out our reservation form and insert your credit card information, you are legally bound to a contract with us.
Museums and historical sites are free first Sunday of the month so please note that there will be lines and crowds since tickets cannot be pre booked.
